Friday Blog Hop!

Another Blog Hop! So thank you to http://www.crazy-for-books.com/ for hosting this meme!

(Whoops, I had this one planned for last week but the linky was already full. Even though I talk of my hate for this last weeks question I really still want to post this. So sorry about not updating to this weeks question.)

This (Last) weeks question is:

What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011? Why are you anticipating that book?

Uhhh, I cannot believe this question. I always hate it when I can only pick one there are always so many that I have to take time to think about, and at the end of all the thinking I still can't decide so I just usually pick a random book. This week I'm going to pick....(20 minutes later I still can't decide but I do have to pick one so my choice is going to be: (and yes, I suppose it is a good question, just hard for us booklovers.)

Chain Reaction by Simone Elkeles!

Words cannot describe how excited I am to read Luis's story. You all know how much I LOVED Perfect Chemistry (if you haven't you can read it here ttp://readafteryourbedtimebookreviews.blogspot.com/2011/01/perfect-chemistry-by-simone-elkeles.html. While Rules of Attraction, following the second brother Carlos, can't measure up to Alex, one of my favorite bad boys! Ever! I still loved Rules of Attraction and Carols, just not quite as much as Alex, though it was just by an extremely little bit. I love the covers and better yet I love the characters, especially the boys! And Alex is mine! So naturally I'm super excited and will probably have this book on pre-order a couple months before it comes out. It's going to be such a great book and I'm tempted to just do a review where I give it five stars now, even without having read it! Another thing I really love about this book, and the other books, is that it's not "over-read/exposed" I love it when you can share a book with someone, but there's a point when books just get to overexposed, and I sometimes feel like that book isn't as special anymore because so many other people have read it, and I feel like it's not mine. Don't get me wrong, I love it when I can share the book with my fellow book-lovers, but when it gets to non-book lovers, fine too, but way more than that, it just feels like so many other people read the book that was my, and fellow book lovers, special book and experience. Do you know what I mean? Anyway sorry to go all downer on you all, so I'll end with, I'm super excited for this book! It's going to be one of my top need-to-get-2011 books!

  1. Sounds like a neat book. :) Start with Michelle Moran's "Nefertiti" if you are really into the Egyptian stories. It preludes "The Heretic Queen".
